Recently, experiential graphic design and communication firm, BrandCulture (Sydney) posted a Q&A with one of their designers, Julian Frood, about designing a better passenger experience for commuters.
HOK (Chicago) has named Caroline Hinrichs director of business development for its Experience Design practice.
