As an emerging practice, experience design is complex and draws on many disciplines. It is a way
of thinking that considers all stages of the customer journey as opportunities to provide value and engage.
Join us as we explore what experiential design means to 5 different industry practitioners. Each presenter
will define what experiential design means to them and their business through a pecha kucha (20 slides, 20
seconds). Presentations will be followed by a Q&A. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages provided.
