On Wednesday March 26, the New York Chapter hosted an xChange event where members gathered for a round table discussion with moderator Katie Osborn, from The Office of Katie Osborn.
The evening began with a discussion about "The Cliff" and making the big decision to start off on your own. From there the conversation topics touched on New Business Development, Finances, Contracts, Clients/Projects and Staffing. The discussion was lively and very informative as everyone shared their experiences with starting and maintaining a small business. Participants also exchanged information about the various resources available for support, outreach and research.
