Eric Koslow is the Vice President of  Business Development for Direct Embed Coatings LLC, and is a pioneering developer and promoter of powder coated graphics. His vast background and expertize in powder coating, sublimation printing and decorative finishing has helped to bring Direct Embed to the forefront of the decorative coating and high resolution printing industry. Eric’s expertise and reputation has made him a sought after speaker at national coating and finishing events.

Eric Koslow started his career in the food service industry and spent 20 years as a chef developing, marketing and managing a variety of restaurants and catering concepts. He later took his sales management skills to the finance and real estate industries before entering the powder coating industry.

In his previous position with a national powder coating equipment manufacturer Koslow  expanded the potential of the powder coating market for architectural applications by working with fabricators and manufacturers to find new opportunities, and by selling equipment and support services. This success was later expanded when he joined the startup company Direct Embed in 2013 with the goal of making powder coated graphics a premium solution for designers, fabricators and end users.

With Direct Embed Koslow developed a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to reach a variety of disciplines including environmental graphics, retail, and exhibition. He also worked to create a seamless structure connecting sales, project management, and delivery. His efforts met with great success and the organization grew explosively in the last two years. In addition Koslow’s diligence and ability to meet client needs produced a number of close relationships and large projects.  He is now focused on managing Direct Embed’s rapid expansion by solidifying existing and reaching out to new markets, while supporting the deployment of equipment and facilities to support the additional work.

Koslow is the father of three children and has many passions including a love of gourmet cooking from his many years as a chef, international travel, and seeing live music and comedy.
