Prior to founding his own firm, Graham was with Vignelli Associates, where his projects included the identity and an environmental design and wayfinding system for the Guggenheim Museum.

Bryan Meszaros is President of the 2018 SEGD Board and CEO and Founder of OpenEye Global.

At a time when the use of interactive visual media was an offbeat practice, Bryan saw the potential to blend his passion toward design and fascination with technology into a new modernist approach.

Patrick Angelel

Patrick Angelel is a member of the SEGD Board and owner of CREO Industrial Arts in Seattle.

A custom fabrication company, CREO Industrial Arts produces environmental graphics, signage and other specialty items such as custom lighting and street furniture.

John Lutz is a Partner in Selbert Perkins Design, Chicago
John Lutz

John Lutz was SEGD President in 2016-2017 and serves on the 2018 SEGD Board. He is a Partner at Selbert Perkins Design in Chicago.

John brings to SPD the ability to turn verbal concepts into powerful graphic identities and dynamic communications programs. John Lutz has been an integral part of the SPD team for nearly two decades.

Christina Lyons, professor and chairperson, Graduate Exhibition & Experience Design at FIT
Christina Lyons

Christina Lyons is a member of the 2018 SEGD Board, representing education. She is Professor and Chairperson of Graduate Exhibition & Experience Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology/SUNY in New York.

Previously, Christina was the Director of the Graphics Department at Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, working on projects such as the Muzeiko: Children’s Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Kathy Fry, Mayer/Reed, Portland Chapter Chair
Kathy Fry

Kathy Fry serves on the 2018 SEGD Board. She is an Associate Partner at Mayer/Reed in Portland, Ore.

Kathy directs visual communications services in the design of signage, wayfinding, interpretive and branded spaces for civic, recreation, transportation, cultural, healthcare, education, mixed-use and corporate settings.

Hannah Anderson is the Construction Administration Lead at Kolar Design in Cincinnati
Hannah Anderson

Hannah Anderson serves on the 2018 SEGD Board. She is Construction Administration Lead at Kolar in Cincinnati.

Hannah’s balance of detail-oriented and creative thought processes allows her to provide coaching within each project team to achieve desired outcomes for quality, performance and effectiveness throughout design development.

Kris Helmick
Kris Helmick

Kris Helmick serves on the 2018 SEGD Board as the Chapter Chair Liaison, and also as Co-chair for the SEGD Los Angeles Chapter. He is also the Associate Vice President of Environmental Graphics at CallisonRTKL

Kris has more than 10 years of experience working on signage, wayfinding and exhibit design projects.

Mike McCarthy, Design Communications LTD
Mike McCarthy

Mike McCarthy is a member of the 2018 SEGD Board and Vice President at DCL in Boston.

Mike received a dual degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he double majored in Mechanical Engineering and Visual Art.
