Edward Hodge has spent the last 21 years working as a creative technical director and designer in the themed entertainment industry, special events for TV, corporate theater and events.
Edward received a BFA in theater from University of Cincinnati College conservatory of Music. He has used his diverse theater skills in projects that include corporate entertainment, trade show interactives, theme park style attractions for industrials, interactive truck tours, theme park attractions, and over 60 theme park shows across the country.
After receiving an Emmy in 2009 in overall live production, Edward Hodge joined BRC Imagination Arts as the Show Systems and ICT Device director on the Information and Communications Pavilion for the Expo 2010 Shanghai. Winning a 2010 THEA for technology and storytelling, this "first of it's kind" interactive pavilion included two theater immersive shows and an interactive mobile device for every visitor.
He worked 3 years as Senior Technical Director for Corporate Communications at The Walt Disney Company, where he designed and executed Disney corporate events reporting directly to the office of the CEO (Iger) , Corporate Communications (Zenia M) , Disney Board of Directors, ESPN, Bob Chapeck, DTSS, TWDC press events, themed launches, produced motion graphics for internal and external communications and Overall Technical Producer for entire D23 Expo (2010/2013)
Edward Hodge now works again for BRC as Creative Technical Director on various projects around the world from experiential museums to one of a kind brand experiences and attractions.
