Earl Sipes is a Senior Associate at BCT Architects in Baltimore.
A 31-year veteran of BCT, Earl Sipes is BCT’s expert in environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding and branding. Embracing a multitude of design disciplines including graphic design, architecture and landscape design, Earl is adept at creating communication and branding systems unique to each site. His design input is invaluable and he has influenced the outcome of many, if not all, of BCT’s retail-driven, mixed-use projects throughout the years. His understanding of typography, color, signage and symbolism allows him to add vibrancy to each project in its conceptual stage.
Earl Sipes has touched many well-known projects including Power Plant Live, Lexington Market, Historic Downtown Silver Spring, The Avenue at White Marsh and most recently Ellis Preserve, a mixed-use project located in Newton, PA.
Earl Sipes received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
