Dixie Graphics (Nashville) announced that Matt Williams has been named Executive Vice President of the company as part of a restructuring to better serve customers in its existing and future growth markets. Formerly VP Business Development, Williams will oversee the company’s constant improvement and client-based direction, says company President Pat Meadows. Williams has been with the company since 2004.
DG also announced that Scott Hillstead joined the company as Vice President, Operations. Hillstead previously directed operations for Banta Corporation, printing subsidiary of brand giant RR Donnelly, and served as General Manager with Curtis 1000. He has more than 20 years of management experience in lean manufacturing and accelerating growth.
Johnna Imel will take on the newly created Account Services Director position, leading DG’s team of account and project coordinators. Imel, whose prior experience includes packaging management roles with Sara Lee Corp. and Shawk, brings expertise with client-based technology and client-focused team leadership to DG.
Toni Beauchamp joined DG as Client Care Coordinator, a role in which she will oversee internal and external company communications and ensure the best possible experience for all DG clients. And Jim Callough will consult in a strategic role, working closely with Meadows and newly named Finance Manager, Chris Hampton. Callough has more than 30 years in the packaging and printing industry and has helped drive profit and new market growth for companies such as Dupont, The LTC Group, and Vertis Communications.
