As Director of Business Development at Luci Creative, David Whitemyer understands the process of design from the front end to the ﬁnish line. He walks new and existing clients and partners through Luci’s process, focusing on the integrity of the project and ensuring all project needs are being met and that Luci is continuing to exceed all expectations. Whether as an architect, photographer, writer, teacher, project manager or facilitator, David is a creator and communicator. He is an established writer, with articles featured in Exhibition (National Association of Museum Exhibitors), Perspective (International Interior Design Association), AAM's Alliance Labs, Iowa Architect and the Harvard Management Update. David served as Managing Editor and Contributing Writer for PSMJ Resources, a publisher of architecture and engineering management content.
David Whitemyer teaches two graduate courses for the Museum Studies program at Johns Hopkins University, in the Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. He has also taught in the architecture department at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
As a volunteer, David Whitemyer served as member of the South Shore Charter Public School Board of Trustees, in Norwell, Massachusetts, from 2007 to 2019, having served three terms as the board Chair.
