David Shourds, Manager – Key Account Development, Color-Ad, Inc.

David Shourds has over 14 years of experience in architectural sign manufacturing and 14 years in the construction management industry. David is responsible for large scale turn-key projects nationwide.

David previously was employed by Architectural Graphics, Inc. in Virginia Beach as an account executive and estimator. In his construction management career, he was employed by Skanska USA, Sussex Development Corporation and Conrad Brothers, Inc.
He is a trained professional with a thorough comprehension of both the signage and construction industries. He is experienced in large scale signage and construction projects, ground up construction, design-build partnerships, site work, heavy civil and marine construction projects and new business development.

David studied Drafting and Design at Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA
