Daktronics Creative Services of Brookings, S.D., is bringing LED displays to life for the Indianapolis Indians and their fans at Victory Field. Custom content uniquely representing the team’s brand as well as sponsorship elements are being used to bring baseball fans to their feet and keep them engaged in the action this season in Indianapolis.
“After working with Daktronics this off-season, our game presentation at Victory Field has a much more dynamic look and rhythm,” said Randy Lewandowski, Indianapolis Indians president and general manager. “The content Daktronics created is engaging and sharp, and really brings Victory Field to life. Our show, graphics and partner fulfillment have all reached another level.” The full slate of content provided by the Daktronics team included game prompts, headshots, real-time data layouts, a toolkit for third-party broadcasts and webcasts and more.
“We started by providing a game-day style to really bring the Indians brand to life during their games,” said Ethan Sevilla, Daktronics Creative Services account manager. “Then we created another ‘broadcast’ style to allow for some variety in production from game to game.” Content was delivered in a pixel-for-pixel size ensuring the quality was at its highest. The creative team worked diligently to ensure the Indians were ready for their first game of the season and will add more elements to keep the game-day presentation fresh as the season continues. “After the initial game-day package of content, we produced sponsor pieces to fit within the same look of their game day while giving the brand recognition,” Sevilla added. “The Indians team was very easy to work with and we continue to put our best foot forward in providing them the quality content they desire and along their expected timelines."
