Daktronics Creates Morgan Stanley Spectacular

Morgan Stanley LED Spectacular, Times Square

Daktronics(Brookings, S.D.) created Morgan Stanley's new LED spectacular on Times Square.

Morgan Stanley unveiled the new LED video spectacular in September 2015. Including more than 12 million LEDs and 281 trillion colors, the digital canvas displays dynamic visual content featuring Morgan Stanley’s people, insights and data visualization snapshots presenting what’s happening in financial markets throughout the world. The new spectacular encompasses seven LED displays, including three 16mm, 155-ft.-long LED ribbons stretching along the facade of the building at 1585 Broadway, two 16mm, 59-by-33-ft. displays and Morgan Stanley's two distinctive 10mm barrel-shaped display.

Daktronics also created Morgan Stanley's original LED spectacular in 1995. The groundbreaking display, designed by Poulin + Morris (New York, helped usher in a new age of LED display technology to the world.
