CREO Creates New Slotzilla Ride in Las Vegas

CRĒO Industrial Arts(Woodinville, Wash.) worked with the Fremont Street Experience on SlotZilla™, Las Vegas' newest attraction. Located in the historic downtown district, the 11-story, 120-ft.-high slot-machine-themed zip-line takes riders the entire length of the Fremont Street Experience under the electric Viva Vision canopy.

CRĒO worked with graphic designers Creative Pull Design and project designers Contour Entertainment Inc. to bring the ride to life. Themed Development Management LLC was the project manager/owner rep.

The project included an enormous reproduction of a slot machine complete with numerous intricate sign elements, including a neon martini glass, showgirl, palm tree, and other Fremont Street icons.

CRĒO got high marks from Lonnie Reed of Themed Development Management: "I've worked with a lot of manufacturers around the world and I was really impressed because not only did CRĒO keep us updated  throughout production, the quality of the work was unsurpassed. It was easy to communicate, easy to flow, and the results are meticulously fabricated signs that really give us the dynamic look and feel we were looking for."
