As Design Director, Chris DeWan oversees the practice of visual design across Second Story locations. In addition, he leads the design team and the visual and interaction design of all projects at the Portland studio. Chris’s two decades in the industry have focused on visual communication across a wide range of digital and analog media. He studied Graphic Design at the School of Communication Arts in Minneapolis, MN.

Chris DeWan is a creative director, visual designer and photographer. Chris' work has been recognized by national and international design awards and publications including Communication Arts, HOW, FWA, Awwwards, Smashing Magazine and Outdoor Photographer.
