Lincoln's Cottage

Presidents Lincoln Cottage
140 Rock Creek Church Rd NW, Washington, DC 20011

Please join us at 6 PM for an insider’s tour of President Lincoln’s Cottage and the temporary exhibit, “America by Belief”! The project team, including client, designers and content developer, will lead the tour.

President Lincoln's Cottage is historic site and a "home for brave ideas," where Abraham Lincoln made some of his most consequential decisions on the Union, slavery and freedom. "American by Belief: Lincoln and Immigration," a special exhibit now showing at the Cottage, explores the relationship between one of America's most revered presidents and a surprisingly pressing issue of his time—immigration. The exhibit brings to the fore personal stories from Lincoln's time and our own, encourages visitors to contribute their immigration story, and ultimately poses the question, who is American?

Mix & Mingle DCA

SEGD DCA Presents: Mix & Mingle

Tis the season to the time that annually comes around
Where we remember our common ground
An assembly will take place at our local watering hole

To celebrate our common goal

We will recognize the qualifications
That have provided radical installations
We will celebrate the grinding
And the paths we have helped by wayfinding

We will rejoice in congratulations
For all the work that will change generations
And let’s not forget to give thanks
That our paychecks have filled our banks

Join us on the eve of December 13
Right off the line of the green

For an evening of jolly
With our favorite follies

Prospect Bar :: 1214 U St NW

The aesthetic, non-light polluting ePaper displays provide a unique, interactive, fun, and educational experience, while complementing the museum’s infrastructure. Cost savings are made possible thanks to the elimination of printing and label-replacement costs.

It’s not just a new design medium for the EGD community, it brings a new dimensions with its ability to change colors, patterns, and user-defined programs. Rugged and flexible, it can be cut, shaped, and integrated with a wide variety of substrates. Additionally, its low power consumption reduces or eliminates the need for electrical outlets enabling alternative options such as batteries and/or photovoltaic cells.

Jonathan has worked in various business development, product management, and technical marketing positions across a range of industries, including specialty chemicals for the electronic and optical industries, analytical equipment, and the lighting industry. Jonathan has been involved directly with the development and commercialization of innovative and disruptive technologies, including LED technology.  Jonathan has a PhD degree in Materials Science from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany.
