We are excited to be partnering with the RDI Pacific Northwest chapter in hosting their very first Young Designers event of the year! 

Dedicated to helping the next generation of designers get a head start, this event focuses on providing design students and young designers (1-3 years) the resources to craft and hone their professional brand and presentation. Participants will have the opportunity to be inspired by and learn from experienced industry professionals with these three different activities:

Snap + Capture
Get a professional head shot taken for all your social media channels.

Grow + Innovate
Ask questions and get career advice from industry professionals in a controlled speed format. 1:1 or 1:2 mentor/mentee ratio.

Explore + Ideate
Bring your portfolio or project and get feedback in a controlled speed format.

Thank you Image Mill for hosting the Seattle SEGD community!

 

It was a perfect Seattle summer day to head up to Image Mill’s facility in Monroe. The main attraction was a tour of Image Mill’s facility to see all the different capabilities, lead by Scott Minette (President) and Cheryl Huffman (Business Development). Following the tour, the fun continued with food and a cornhole tournament in which several participants came away with awesome prizes!

" I had a wonderful time at the recent SEGD provider tour at Image Mill. The food was yummy and plentiful, the beverages were cold and refreshing, and there was even a visit from an ice cream truck. Even though I was already familiar with Image Mill, it was great to see their shop and all the different capabilities they had which I was not aware of. Seeing the dye-sublimation printing process in action was a bonus. It was also great to connect with other industry professionals in my area and share our common trials and tribulations regarding the world of EGD. The Cornhole content was fun and a lot of us came away with some amazing prizes, including me (margartia kit). Special thanks to Cheryl Huffman for accommodating my fur-child, Daisy!"

Solution Provider Tour

It's finally summer! And oh, are we ready!

The Seattle chapter and annual sponsor Image Mill have partnered to bring you a summer social, Join us at the Image Mill facility in Monroe for a Solution Provider Tour and a few hours of summer fun. Tour the Image Mill factory and get inspired, grab some lunch, play cornhole and hang out with your industry family and friends.

Image Mill is excited to show off their facility where they specialize in creating graphical environments with a variety of services. See how they are able to make anything possible!
