A Design Partnership Exposed
Please join us, October 5th, 2017 from 6:30-9:00 pm, at the Boston Society of Architects for an evening with designers and SEGD Fellows Richard Poulin and Douglas Morris for a behind-the-scenes discussion on every aspect of their award-winning design consultant firm, Poulin + Morris Inc. Our moderator, Sam Aquillano, Executive Director, Design Museum Foundation, will guide this open and frank discussion to ensure that no questions go unanswered—how they met, how they built their consultant firm, their staff, their clients, their projects, their ups and downs, and their plans for the future.
Richard and Doug have been a tremendous influence in the design community for over twenty-five years working with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, corporations, and cultural institutions worldwide. Their work for Rowes Wharf, WGBH Headquarters, The Clinton Presidential Library, Smithsonian Institution, Time Warner Center, NPR, Morgan Stanley, Vassar College, and The Franklin Institute—to name a few—are a testament to their enduring contributions to graphic design in the built environment.
After the event, you are invited to join Richard and Doug for a reception and book signing of Richard Poulin’s new book—Archigraphia Redux (Graphis).
