Brandon Walts' education and extensive background in the built environment and his personal love of visual communication led him to reorient his career and develop his expertise around wayfinding and environmental graphics.

Over fifteen years ago, Brandon Walt shifted his role within the offices of Gensler in Chicago to join the environmental graphics team, and it was in this new EGD capacity at Gensler, and later at various other firms in the Chicago area, that he started to lead design teams on a number of large scale, international wayfinding and environmental graphics projects.  

After relocating from Chicago to Paris, Brandon Walt joined the office of Studios Architecture with the mission to create an in-house center of expertise in wayfinding and environmental graphic design. Since joining at Studios Architecture he has continued to add large projects for international clients in Europe to his body of work spanning nearly twenty years of collaboration with corporate, institutional, and governmental organizations.

Brandon Walt has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Tehchnology in Chicago and a Master of Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in New York.
