"Beyond the Blueprint: Design Stories" is a SEGD Orange County chapter event hosted at the Newport Beach Civic Center on Thursday, June 15th, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. This event, sponsored by Creo Industrial Arts, RSM Design, and Image Options, is all about bringing the Orange County design community together and forging new professional connections.

Join us for an epic speaker series kick off by Thokozani Mabena, who has an incredible life journey and design career. He'll share his unique insights into the creative process, design philosophy, and the challenges he's faced along the way. His passion and creativity is inspiring, and you're sure to come away with new ideas and perspectives.

In addition, Creo Industrial Arts will provide a short talk on fabrication, sharing their expertise on the latest techniques and tools used in the industry. You'll get an insider's view of the fabrication process and gain a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship that goes into making great designs.

The event will also include light refreshments, offering attendees an opportunity to make new friends, catch up with old ones, and connect with like-minded people who are passionate about design. And after the event, join us at the Gulfstream restaurant for food and drinks, and keep the conversation going!
