Babaljit Kaur is a Graphic Communication Design Student at the University of Cincinnati.
Babaljit Kaur is currently a third year graphic communication design student at the University of Cincinnati in the DAAP program. For as long as she can remember, she has had a love for creating. Babaljit Kaur has always been a very curious person seeking and trying different ways to do things. And what better way to do that than through design? As a designer, Babaljit wants to make a difference in the lives of others by bringing their visions to life through problem-solving. Be it in the form of programs for a local organization to user research for current products and services to a hand-lettered invitation suite. She's passionate about expanding her experiences and using creativity as an outlet across different platforms. Apart from design, Babaljit Kaur loves spicy food, folding paper, outer space, milkshakes and can usually be found with a book.
Babaljit Kaur has experience working as a freelance designer. Her clients include: The Jewellery Box UK, Campus Connect Pro, University of Cincinnati Women's Center, John McAlister Productions, University of Cincinnati Interfaith Coalition and Texas A&M University Corpus Christi Department of Theater and Dance. Babaljit conceptualizes designs for marketing material and branding across a wide range of mediums such as posters, billboards, emails, flyers, website and logo design. She has worked on several projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines to create visual content depending on their individual needs.
At the University of Cincinnati, she is involved in TEDxUCincinnati, Hyperloop UC, DAAP Tribunal and AIGA UC.
