Atlanta Converging

From its roots as a railroad terminus to its current status as a poster city for urban redevelopment, Atlanta has always been shaped by social, cultural, and historical convergence. Design innovation is part of the mix, too. Atlanta is an ideal setting for the 2014 SEGD Conference June 5-7. Convergence: Crossing Lines will explore some of Atlanta's great new projects including the Atlanta BeltLine, a 22-mile transit greenway that  revitalizes a loop of railroad tracks circling the city, and Ponce City Market, a new mixed-use development that resurrects another piece of Atlanta history, the 2 million-sq.-ft. former Sears Roebuck & Co. distribution center. Here are some more Atlanta destinations for you to explore during the conference. Come on down and join us!
