Arrowstreet is the architect for the master plan and redevelopment of 530,000 square feet of space at Fidelity Investments’ former headquarters located in Post Office Square. This cluster of five office buildings in the Financial District, is being reimagined to energize the streetscape, transform the historic neighborhood and position this area as a dynamic destination in Boston. At the center of Congress Square, Arrowstreet is revitalizing Quaker Lane into an active and vibrant pedestrian walkway with engaging ground level retail, outdoor seating and dining options. By revitalizing the block between State, Devonshire, Water and Congress Streets back to the lively, retail streetscape it once was, a pedestrian-friendly connection between Quincy Market, City Hall and Post Office Square will be re-established.
