ApolloLuxe™ is a story of two great friends, Kenan Hanhan and Emre Akcin, merging their companies, their wholesale manufacturing capabilities, and their great people to launch a company with the mission to expand the design and manufacturing possibilities of custom low-profile trim-less LED-illuminated signage, display systems, fixtures, and commercial furniture for branded environments.  

Today ApolloLuxe offers among the broadest range of wholesale manufacturing capabilities in North America for the built / branded environments of global and national brands and inspiring movements like Girls Who Code, Diageo, Bailey’s, Samsung, Lacoste, Nike, EVEREVE, and PIADA Italian Street Food, to name a few.

Core manufacturing capabilities of ApolloLuxe include precision metal and acrylic bending, cutting, 3D-forming, and welding.  In addition. ApolloLuxe has mill-working and large format UV printing production departments.  Finally, all of the aforementioned capabilities -- coupled with complimentary design and engineering services -- mean that ApolloLuxe can be your true one-stop wholesale manufacturing partner.

SUPPLY CHAIN + MATERIALS

ApolloLuxe has access to the highest quality and in-stock European and Eurasian raw materials. 

From custom translucent cast acrylic with no minimum order quantity (MOQ), ribbed and textured glass, to a wide variety of sheet metal alloys including brushed and polished brass, bronze, aluminum, and stainless steel, to custom-textured glass – we’ve got you covered. 

Within our mill-working operations, materials we regularly stock and strategically-source include medium density fiberboard (MDF) and finer wood species, everything from Minnesota birch to Turkish walnut.

FULFILLMENT

From the initial request for quote (RFQ) to the production of digital mounting patterns and electrical layouts; to the manufacturing, kitting, packaging, and shipment, our fulfillment processes heavily emphasize quality control and defect detection early on. It also emphasizes timely communication with our partners at every stage along the way.

Depending on complexity, our manufacturing lead time is typically no more than 3 weeks, and shipping lead time of 1, up to 3 days of transit from our Hainesport New Jersey facility, and 4 to 5 days air cargo express transit from our manufacturing center of excellence in Istanbul, Turkey.

Our UL listed LED-illuminated solutions always include mounting patterns, mounting hardware, and UL recognized power transformers.

LOCATIONS

Our Center of Manufacturing Excellence is based in Cekmekoy, a suburb of Istanbul, Turkey. At this facility we produce trim-less channel letters, push-through acrylic blade signs, fixtures, and furnishings for branded environments leveraging our extensive metal fabrication, acrylic fabrication, and mill-working capabilities.

In the USA, our American presence includes a production and printing facility in Hainesport, NJ, where we also hold custom finished goods inventory to support multiple-location program rollouts in the USA. 

Meanwhile, our North American customer support office is based in Minneapolis, MN.
