Alexandra Holland currently serves as Enterprise Strategy & Communication Leader at Johnson & Johnson.
In this capacity Alexandra Holland is focused on protecting and strengthening the equity and reputation of Johnson & Johnson through proactively communicating the company’s mission, value and news to key stakeholders. As a member of the Enterprise Communication Leadership Team, Alexandra Holland is charged with aligning regional business sector priorities with enterprise priorities to craft a cohesive and consistent communication strategy for the Americas. She is also responsible for developing and launching the company’s Global Heritage strategy and Corporate Museum, a key reputational driver.
Ms. Holland joined Johnson & Johnson Corporate in 2013 to lead the award-winning communications program for the global, enterprise-wide sponsorship of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.
Previously, she was a Public Relations Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, managing the strategy and execution of public relations initiatives for the Wound Care and Intimate Health businesses. During her four years at Consumer, Alex led the BAND-AID® BRAND partnership with celebrity designer Cynthia Rowley and helped support numerous product launches.
Alexandra Holland holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the College of Communication at Boston University.
