The work of design studio Alexander Isley Inc. (Redding, Conn.) was featured in a recent exhibition at the James B. Hunt Jr. Library on the campus of NC State University in Raleigh, N.C.
The studio's first all-digital installation, the show was up for several weeks and is now archived for on-demand display.
Alexander Isley, a graduate of NC State in environmental design, led his team in developing the donor signage, publications, and textile designs for the new building, and was asked to show the studio's work in the building's galleries.
The exhibit was presented on video panels, displayed as a series of 60 individual collages divided into 10 thematic sections. Content was drawn from items the firm donated to the NC State Libraries Special Collections archive. A separate gallery space was devoted to rotating series of Alex Isley'sbeliefs and life lessons. Some are serious and some are not. (Click here to see a full list.)
