Adi Marom is the Experience Design Lead at Second Story NYC. She leads the design of innovative interactive experiences and responsive environments for brands and cultural institutions, leading efforts from conception through implementation. With her experience in product design, digital fabrication, physical computing, interaction design, and kinetic design, she develops interactive products & environments, kinetic artifacts, and tangible interfaces.
Before Second Story, Adi Marom worked at Rockwell Group Lab where she lead the design of interactive installations for corporate centers, cultural institutions, and hospitality spaces. Her work has been exhibited at museums and galleries worldwide, including MOMA, IDEE Design Museum Tokyo, Japan; The New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China; Museum of Modern Art Taipei, Taiwan; and the International Design Center in Nagoya, Japan, among others.
Adi is an adjunct professor at the MFA in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design and an Adjunct Professor at The Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP, NYU). She studied and worked in 3 continents earning a BFA in product design from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (Israel), MS in design engineering from The University of Tokyo (Japan), and MPS from the Interactive Telecommunications Program, at New York University (USA).
